When dispatch of your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with the dispatch details – courier, tracking number and a tracking link.
If you need to rearrange your delivery to an alternative date, or request your package is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you will need to do this yourself.
For items sent with Royal Mail Tracked services in the UK, please see the email that will be sent to you for details on managing your delivery.
For items sent with untracked services*, if you miss your delivery then a card will be left at your address with further details on how to rearrange delivery or to collect from your local delivery office.
*Shipment reference provided for untracked Royal Mail 48 service will not show any tracking result on their website unless delivery is attempted or successful.
Track and manage your delivery at the DPD website, enter the shipment number provided and your delivery postcode. You can request delivery on an alternative day, delivery to a specified safe place, neighbour, or Pickup Shop. Where available you can even ‘upgrade’ your delivery to a premium service for an additional cost (payable directly to DPD themselves).
DHL Parcel UK (formerly UK Mail)
You can track and manage your delivery at the DHL Parcel UK website, enter your shipment number and postcode for full options. Like DPD, you are able to rearrange delivery to an alternative date, or request your parcel is left with a neighbour or in a safe place, or delivered to a DHL Service Point for pickup at your leisure.
DHL Express Worldwide
We’ll email you with the link to track your package with DHL Express, and they’ll also send you email notifications to keep you updated.
We’ll email you with the link to track your package with Fedex or you can enter the provided shipment number at their website.
If you miss your delivery, you can reschedule using the Fedex Redelivery Tool on their website, in the event a card wasn’t left for you.
