Products and Services
1.1 We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products and services at any time without notice.
1.3 Due to technical limitations, stock levels shown are not ‘live’ but are updated every couple of days, in the event that an item is out of stock at the time of ordering we will inform you of your options for proceeding with a backorder or we will cancel and refund your payment in full.
1.4 Product details/specifications and imagery are provided by our suppliers, while we endeavour to keep this website accurate and updated, product designs/specs may be subject to change.
Shipping and Delivery
2.1 We will arrange for shipment of the products to you, collection is not possible. Please see our “Deliveries and dispatch times” HelpCentre article for more information.
2.2 Orders will only be dispatched to the delivery/shipping address that is provided at checkout. While you may have the option to ‘manage your delivery’ with the courier to deliver to a neighbour or pickup point, once an order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address for you. This is a requirement of Paypal buyer/seller protection policy.
2.3 For deliveries to all destinations outside of the UK, import taxes/duties will be payable, these are not included in prices shown and will be payable to the delivery company prior to import on request.
Returns and Refunds
3.1 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our “Returning An Item” article for more information.
3.2 Unwanted/no longer required items should be returned unused in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
3.3 Damages and/or discrepancies should be reported within 24hrs of delivery and photographic evidence must be provided.
Intellectual Property
4.1 The content of this website is our property or that of our suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
4.2 Any registered brand names or logos used on this website are for marketing purposes only and any direct association with such brands should not be inferred or seen as any endorsement.
4.3 You may not use any of our or our suppliers/manufacturers intellectual property without our/their prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
5.1 In no event shall we or our directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or costs arising from your use of our website or products.
5.2 Any vehicle fitment provided by our website is purely for ‘guidance’ or reference only and should not be taken as ‘guaranteed’ or assured. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like us to check, confirm or advise on correct fitment.
5.3 Vehicle parts that need to be returned because they do not fit your vehicle are not considered to be “not as described”, unless there has been a picking error and the materially wrong product has been sent from that which was ordered.
