Generally no. Some manufacturers such as Nissens have started to include required o-rings/seals with a growing number of their aircon condensers.
This is done as more of a bonus or ‘convenience’ for the trained aircon technician installing the product, to save them hunting around through their collection for the correct sized o-rings/seals.
It should not be taken as an ‘encouragement’ for amateur or DIY mechanics to try and replace this component themselves.
Any good professional aircon technician should have a selection of o-rings available as part of their stock of consumables.
So it shouldn’t be any kind of ‘deal-breaker’ if you supply them a condenser that doesn’t come with the correct o-rings required for installation!
