Yes, we are UK VAT registered.

When order dispatch is confirmed, our system automatically sends you an email with the shipment details, a VAT invoice is attached as a PDF.

As most items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, we cannot include a paper copy with the package unfortunately.

If you lose or delete the email we send, and you require a copy invoice, please do contact us quoting your web order reference, and we’ll happily email a copy to you.

For UK buyers, prices shown on our webshop are inclusive of VAT, applied at the standard 20% rate.

VAT is not applied to buyers in Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) or to any other non-UK destination, applicable taxes/duties will be payable on import when requested by the delivery company.
