Christmas time is almost here, a time where we and our suppliers take a welcome break to enjoy the festivities!
Backorder deliveries
Orders for Nissens and NRF products that show as available on backorder, these will now be fulfilled in early January 2024 as there are no more stock shipments arriving from Denmark/Netherlands this year.
Last ordering dates for UK mainland delivery before Christmas
Auto Air, AVA, Nissens
Orders received before 3pm on Thursday 21st December, should be delivered on Friday 22nd.
Orders received before 3pm on Friday 22nd, will be delivered on Wednesday 27th.
Orders received after 3pm on Friday 22nd will not be dispatched until Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
NRF
Orders received before 3pm on Thursday 21st December, should be delivered on Friday 22nd.
Orders received before 3pm on Friday 22nd, will be delivered on Wednesday 27th.
Orders received after 3pm on Friday 22nd will not be dispatched until Wednesday 27th, for delivery on Thursday 28th.
Orders will be dispatched as normal Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th December.
Febi, Blue Print, HC Cargo, Mahle
For certain delivery before Christmas, orders should be placed before 1pm on Tuesday 19th December, to allow us to get your products into our fulfilment centre and dispatched on Wednesday 20th.
After 3pm on Thursday 21st December, any orders for Mahle products won’t be dispatched until Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
Febi, Blue Print and HC Cargo products will be ordered in and dispatched between Wednesday 27th and Friday 30th December.
Customer Service
Our offices and warehouse will be closed on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th), and New Years Day (1st January 2024). (We do not normally open or work at weekends)
You can continue to send us emails and messages in the meantime, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
UK deliveries
There will be no dispatches or deliveries on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th), and New Years Day (1st January 2024).
Royal Mail will be delivering as normal on Saturday 23rd and 30th, while other couriers such as DPD and DHL may deliver on those days to help keep parcel volumes down, though we can’t promise this!
